Customer Support Engineer – General Fabrication

Job overview

The Customer Support Engineer role is based in Columbus, OH, with regular travel within assigned territories and occasional overnight stays. Pay is $30 per hour. The role supports customers using Amada punch presses and other general fabrication machines.

What you'll do

• Install and service equipment
• provide operational, programming, software, application, and automation training
• troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and network systems
• follow layout drawings and blueprints
• complete service and expense reports
• support customers throughout equipment ownership
• travel within assigned territories.
