What you'll do

• Provide routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans and as directed by supervisors
• maintain resident dignity while meeting needs
• document care on the Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet
• notify the restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department about problems, referrals, or needed reassessments
• report significant changes in resident condition or motivation to the charge nurse.

Why this role
