What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and finish menu items across kitchen stations
• follow recipes and presentation guidelines
• support daily production and service
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• label, date, store, and rotate products using FIFO practices
• monitor freshness
• complete station breakdown and closing duties
• conduct inventories and communicate restocking needs
• operate kitchen equipment safely.
