What you'll do

• qualify and route inbound leads
• maintain CRM/ERP records and follow-up cadences
• prepare quote packages
• maintain sales tools and vendor documentation
• support onboarding and vendor training
• pick, pack, ship, receive, and stock inventory
• maintain an organized and safe showroom and warehouse.
