Transportation Design Engineer III/IV

The Transportation Design Engineer III/IV role is primarily onsite in Durango, CO; Glenwood Springs is the preferred office location, and other office locations may be considered. Pay is $89,600–$131,300 per year, depending on level. SGM provides engineering, consulting, and surveying services. What you'll do

• Design streets, highways, intersections, roundabouts, shared-use trails, and related features
• produce roadway plan sheets
• prepare quantity takeoffs and specification and estimate packages
• coordinate design with technical staff
• review design and analysis
• assist with proposals
• manage scope, budget, and schedule with oversight for projects or tasks
• interact with clients
• mentor junior staff
• participate in business development.
