Hardware Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Assist customers with locating merchandise and choosing tools, hardware, and materials
• handle phone orders and custom requests
• answer product questions and demonstrate products when needed
• research merchandise availability and replacement parts
• estimate quantities of materials
• organize, clean, stock, and rotate merchandise
• receive and check deliveries
• assist with assembly and receiving when needed
• cut keys, screen, glass, wire, rope, and tubing to customer specifications
• process warranty information, sales slips, and payments.
