What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, and team performance
• recruit, train, and coach team members
• oversee front-of-house and heart-of-house operations when Manager on Duty
• support kitchen operations as needed
• maintain restaurant standards
• partner with the General Manager on sales, costs, and profitability goals.
