Litigation Employment Attorney

The Litigation Employment Attorney role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. The attorney joins a plaintiff-side litigation firm representing employees in wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, FEHA claims, and complex class actions. The role manages active cases through litigation and supports trial teams in advancing employee claims. It contributes through courtroom advocacy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy.

What you'll do

• Represent employee clients in state and federal court hearings, oral arguments, mediations, and trials
• formulate and respond to written discovery
• prepare for, take, and defend depositions
• draft pleadings, class-certification motions, summary-judgment oppositions, and appellate briefs
• partner with trial teams on wage-and-hour and class-action strategy
• travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Why this role
