• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to exceed ISO 9001 requirements and customer expectations. Oversee audits, training, document control, quality investigations, Statistical Process Control applications, and compliance efforts
• provide quality-system metrics and feedback
• support facilities
• and serve as a senior contact in customer-facing quality reviews.
