The Project Manager, Structural Steel role is an onsite position in Milwaukee, WI, with compensation of $80,000–$100,000 per year. The project manager coordinates structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from handoff through completion. The role manages scope, estimates, schedules, purchasing, fabrication, installation, costs, change orders, and customer communication to keep projects organized and on budget.

What you'll do

• Review project scope, specifications, costs, contracts, and schedules
• prepare scopes and estimates
• set up projects and customer billings
• coordinate detailers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, purchasing, fabrication, trucking, and installation
• lead kickoff and post-mortem meetings
• track RFIs, costs, forecasts, and change orders
• maintain customer communication
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, safety, and job planning.
