What you'll do

• Monitor network, cloud, and NaaS environments using observability and alerting platforms
• track remote-site link health, power telemetry, and connectivity
• triage alerts and resolve or escalate issues
• coordinate NaaS firmware and configuration changes with Field Engineering
• troubleshoot network and system issues
• manage infrastructure-adjacent tickets and documentation
• assist with device enrollment, compliance policies, imaging, and Windows and Linux patching
• contribute to troubleshooting documentation.
