The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Asleep Overnights role is onsite in Excelsior, MN. Pay is $18 per hour, with stated overnight and weekend differentials and a lower sleep-hours rate when assigned. Mount Olivet Rolling Acres supports adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and medical conditions in the Twin Cities metro. The DSP supports clients’ daily living, safety, personal care, and individualized programs during overnight shifts. The role also helps clients maintain routines and community connections while supporting household operations and documenting care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily care, medical needs, activities of daily living, and mental health supports
• implement person-centered routines and plans
• support recreation and community activities
• accompany clients to appointments using a company vehicle
• administer and document medications and treatments
• prepare meals
• maintain the home
• ensure adequate supervision
• complete training and records.

Why this role

The schedule alternates between four overnight shifts in week one and three in week two; the shift is asleep from 10 PM to 6 AM and awake from 6 AM to 8 AM.
