The Seasonal Accounting – Accounts Receivable Cash Application role is onsite in Los Banos, CA, with pay of $18–$23 per hour. The colleague posts and reconciles incoming payments, monitors unallocated cash and accounts receivable balances, and maintains supporting records. Accurate cash application and timely issue resolution help keep accounting records balanced and support internal teams and customers.

What you'll do

• Post electronic payments, wires, checks, and other bank transactions
• verify entity income and post revenue for locations. Prepare bank deposits and manage banking needs. Coordinate with customer service, accounts receivable, and accounting colleagues on payment collection and accounting
• communicate underpayments and overpayments. Review unallocated customer funds, process existing credits, organize and file checks and remittance support, and perform reception and general office tasks.
