What you'll do

• Provide personal assistance, medical attention, and emotional support
• develop and deliver programming
• onboard, train, and lead DSPs
• coach staff in complex situations
• assist with compliance
• document incidents and reports
• support transportation needs
• administer medications and monitor medical conditions
• document support plans, activities, and progress
• facilitate participant self-determination.
