What you'll do

• Demonstrate and enforce worksite safety
• ensure crews have protective equipment
• configure detours, lane closures, and work zones
• maintain and inspect equipment
• perform manual labor
• supervise and train staff
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• operate equipment safely
• install and remove traffic signs and warning devices
• flag traffic
• plan schedules and assign labor, materials, and equipment
• prepare reports and inspect work for compliance.
