HVAC Technical Support Specialist and Trainer

The HVAC Technical Support Specialist and Trainer role is onsite and may be based at one of the listed southern branches: Owensboro, KY; Paducah, KY; Union City, TN; or Evansville, IN. The specialist helps customers, contractors, technicians, sales teams, and internal staff resolve equipment and system questions. The role supports product selection, installation, diagnostics, warranty guidance, training, and issue resolution to strengthen customer service and technical support.

What you'll do

• Provide phone, email, and in-person technical support
• troubleshoot HVAC and control-system issues
• review model and serial numbers, wiring diagrams, manuals, and specifications
• identify replacement parts and compatible equipment
• support field technicians with diagnostics and installation questions
• conduct technical training
• document issues and resolutions
• coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, warranty departments, sales teams, and branch personnel
• escalate unresolved or high-risk issues.

Why this role

Some travel between branches, customer sites, trainings, and meetings may be required. High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical school or HVAC certification is preferred.
