What you'll do

• Serve as the local point of contact for authorized users statewide
• process service requests and communicate candidate availability
• coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, assessments, and emergency sourcing
• oversee background checks, screenings, licensure verification, and certification tracking
• conduct two-week quality checks and coordinate replacements
• ensure timecard, invoice, overtime, and eVA purchase order compliance
• manage contract transition, kickoff meetings, quarterly reviews, and required reporting.
