What you'll do
- Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate bedside care
- monitor telemetry and escalate concerning rhythms or deterioration
- provide post-catheterization, PCI, and device-placement care
- administer cardiac medications and IV therapies
- manage IV access
- educate patients and families
- coordinate discharge care
- document and hand off care
- delegate appropriately
- support unit quality improvement and serve as a clinical resource when approved.
