What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing care according to individualized care plans, physician orders, and agency policies
- participate in intake and care-plan development
- collaborate with nursing leadership on client and staffing needs
- monitor client satisfaction and adjust care plans as needed
- supervise field RNs and LPNs
- resolve client issues
- participate in the 24/7 on-call program
- assist with staffing and scheduling using AlayaCare
- support office tasks and, occasionally, recruitment, onboarding, and home-care operations.
