The Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) role is onsite in Kingston, PA. Compensation is $40–$60 per hour. The role supports Reaching Beyond Limits Behavioral Health services for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. As lead clinician and case supervisor, the specialist assesses members, develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, and oversees technicians and support staff. The role contributes to effective, coordinated care by monitoring progress and collaborating with caregivers, educators, and treatment team members.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• train and support caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders
• supervise Behavior Health Technician–Applied Behavior Analysis staff
• monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies
• maintain assessments, plans, and progress documentation
• collaborate with treatment team members.
