What you'll do

• Assess and document patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs
• provide nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• coordinate appointments, therapies, and multidisciplinary care
• monitor patient conditions and report changes
• guide patients, families, and care teams
• follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards
• maintain clinical records
• participate in quality improvement and support daily nursing operations.
