The Marketing Manager, Brand & Sales Content role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Irving, TX. Base salary is $95,000–$120,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility. Wellfit Technologies provides healthcare practices with payment, financing, and membership options intended to help patients access care. This individual-contributor role builds and maintains sales materials, brand messaging, campaigns, and event content so sales representatives can communicate Wellfit’s offerings clearly and consistently. It also supports measurable sales conversations by keeping approved assets current and helping the in-house marketing function grow.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain approved sales collateral, including one-pagers, brochures, presentations, email templates, and leave-behinds
• translate product offerings into clear audience-specific messaging
• keep assets current
• prepare conference materials and content
• track event budgets and coordinate vendors
• maintain brand voice
• create partner co-marketing materials
• plan email campaigns and nurture sequences
• manage organic social and website messaging
• report on campaign and event results
• use AI tools and build templates for approved content personalization.
