People Experience Coordinator

The role supports employee processes and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and coordinating routine HR, benefits, communications, and event activities while referring sensitive or escalated matters to the Head of HR.

What you'll do

• Coordinate routine onboarding and offboarding tasks
• track documentation, background checks, and onboarding packets
• assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
• maintain employee records and confidentiality
• support recognition, events, internal communications, and employee resources
• assist with marketing calendars, email campaigns, and approved promotional materials
• refer sensitive matters to the Head of HR.
