What you'll do

• Provide career coaching, workforce planning, and case management
• assess participants and develop Individual Employment Plans
• assist with job searches, resumes, interview preparation, and career readiness
• identify employment barriers and coordinate supportive-service referrals
• connect participants with training, education, work-based learning, and jobs
• maintain case files and program records
• monitor progress and outcomes
• collaborate with employers, community partners, and training providers
• conduct outreach, orientations, workshops, and hiring events as needed.
