Early Childhood Director

What you'll do

• Oversee daily early childhood program operations
• develop and implement educational vision
• partner with school leaders on planning and improvement
• maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance systems
• conduct internal audits and maintain documentation
• lead Keystone STARS quality improvement
• oversee Pre-K Counts grant compliance and reporting
• recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff
• maintain staffing ratios and training records
• build family partnerships
• support scheduling, safety, and daily operations.
