What you'll do

• Lead client engagements and workplace design strategies
• manage programming, space planning, design development, finishes, furniture coordination, construction documents, bidding support, and construction administration
• develop and review documents
• coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and authorities
• manage RFIs, submittals, approvals, site visits, and closeout
• mentor junior designers
• balance multiple projects.
