What you'll do

• Manage merchant relationships through regular written and verbal communication
• advise merchants on payment processing solutions
• review processing activity and identify trends, opportunities, and concerns
• recommend equipment, processing plans, and services
• coordinate support and issue resolution with internal teams, banking partners, and vendors
• monitor and mitigate account and processing risk
• conduct scheduled outreach and account reviews
• handle calls and email
• provide merchant education and training
• assist with PCI compliance remediation and merchant re-applications
• support onboarding and training of team members as needed
• work toward customer retention, growth, service, and account performance goals
• use AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and support.
