What you'll do

• Register guests and verify registration, address, and credit information
• accept guest payments
• review room revenue reports
• maintain room availability records and key control
• send and balance nightly credit card charges
• balance daily hotel reports
• answer guest calls and provide hotel information
• resolve guest problems when a manager is absent
• follow check-in and check-out procedures
• complete front office reports
• provide valet, bell, and concierge services as required
• maintain VIP and special-request records
• upsell hotel services
• follow lost-and-found and PCI procedures
• communicate relevant information to the Front Office team
• assist with reservations
• report safety incidents.
