What you'll do

• Use a trauma-informed approach
• provide individual and/or family therapy
• formulate diagnoses and complete assessments and treatment plans
• apply evidence-based interventions
• use GAD-7 and PHQ-9 measures
• comply with confidentiality and documentation standards
• collaborate with outside agencies and the multidisciplinary team
• manage crises and use de-escalation techniques.

Why this role

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required; PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LMFT preferred, or active California registration if unlicensed. Clinicians may participate in an on-call rotation.
