Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer role is onsite in Middlebury, IN; remote work is not available. Compensation is not specified. The role develops and maintains electrical designs, works with production to resolve issues, and supports manufacturing personnel and prototyping. It contributes to reliable product systems, quality planning, and reduced electrical warranty claims.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain wire harness assemblies and specify electrical termination and installation components
• analyze, evaluate, test, and recommend electrical appliances, components, equipment, and tools
• create electrical schematic drawings
• troubleshoot electrical issues with production
• develop and train manufacturing personnel in assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting
• communicate product changes through an ECN
• plan electrical projects and establish measurable quality assurance plans
• document reliable methods and standards
• support prototyping and manufacturing implementation.
