Project Accountant - Temp to Hire

The Project Accountant is an onsite role based in Vancouver, WA, with a pay range of $37.78 - $44.66 per hour. This role coordinates the construction job costing process for large and small projects. The role exists to ensure timely and accurate accounting and risk management throughout the project life cycle. It contributes to the team by analyzing costs, managing vendor compliance, and supporting the Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Compile, prepare, and analyze monthly project billings.
• Perform financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs.
• Manage vendor compliance, insurance, and lien waivers.
• Produce and analyze job performance and profitability reports.
• Assist in preparation of status reports.
• Identify and resolve project-related accounting issues.
