Geriatrician

Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across the Monroe area. Conduct routine assessments, medication management, and care plan development. Respond to acute changes in patient condition during scheduled hours. Supervise and collaborate with a team of experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioners.
