What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility
• respond to call lights
• record vital signs, weights, intake, and output
• conduct rounds
• report changes in condition to the charge nurse
• protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• follow infection-control, safety, and documentation procedures
• work cooperatively with the care team.
