Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Build relationships with current and prospective residents
• respond to internet leads and prospect calls
• conduct property tours
• use sales and marketing strategies to support traffic, conversion, and retention goals
• and maintain knowledge of property features to explain their value to customer needs. The role may require overtime when necessary.
