What you'll do

• Coordinate opening and closing readiness
• assign daily zones and breaks
• work alongside staff and cover priority roles during peak periods
• coordinate approved back-stock replenishment
• monitor inventory presentation, pricing, signage, and out-of-stocks
• oversee POS procedures, handoffs, escalations, and end-of-day reconciliation
• manage attendance and performance issues through approved channels
• complete checklists, photos, reports, incident documentation, and supply or inventory requests
• resolve or escalate customer, security, safety, technology, and facility issues.
