The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role is onsite in Byron, IL. Compensation is up to $95,000 per year. Neighbors Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for this full-time role supporting resident care and nursing operations. The ADON coordinates resident care plans and nursing supervision to support compassionate, quality care in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies. What you'll do
- Coordinate total-care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
- communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
- participate in admissions decisions and, as needed, visit prospective residents
- participate in daily and weekly management meetings about resident status, census, personnel, and concerns
- support quality care and nursing supervision, including adequate services and staff coverage, cleanliness, pressure-wound prevention, and resident function.

Why this role
