Group Fitness Instructor

The Group Fitness Instructor role is part-time and onsite in Forked River, NJ. Compensation is $20–$25 per class, including 15 minutes before and after class. The instructor supports MAX Fitness & Wellness of Lacey, whose program combines fitness classes, nutrition counseling, and ongoing motivation. The instructor leads 45-minute group workouts, adapts exercises for members’ fitness levels and concerns, and provides nutrition support and coaching. The role helps members work toward individual goals and supports an inclusive, encouraging class environment.

• Lead and motivate members through 45-minute classes using the Max Challenge formula
• provide modifications for age, fitness level, injury, or health concerns

Why this role

Classes are scheduled Monday–Friday in early morning (5 a.m.–10 a.m.) and late afternoon (5 p.m.–9 p.m.); occasional weekends may be requested but are not required; AED/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required.
