What you'll do

• Identify and win new business across the assigned region
• build relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, integrators, industrial clients, and municipalities
• represent Hewitt Young in client meetings, job walks, networking events, and industry forums
• qualify opportunities against strategy and margin goals
• partner with estimating and preconstruction on proposals
• maintain CRM updates, forecasts, status notes, and next steps
• communicate sales risks and opportunities to leadership
• support contract negotiation and clarify scope.
