What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through new product development
• coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance
• manage technical direction, schedules, budgets, and program risks
• maintain customer relationships and manage scope, communications, and negotiations
• prepare and present program reviews
• support quality and process improvements
• and develop program plans, forecasts, and technical and commercial proposals.
