What you'll do

• Assist the Program Director with before- and after-care program operations
• support and direct the teacher assistant
• manage program space and comply with MSDE-OCC regulations and company policies
• implement age-appropriate curriculum activities
• supervise children and use appropriate behavior-management techniques
• communicate with parents, the team, and school community
• maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
• identify and help resolve program issues
• maintain yearly certifications and continuing education credits.
