Infant/Toddler Teacher

The Infant/Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Mequon, WI, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour. Range Line Preschool and Childcare provides early childhood education and care, with a stated goal of teaching children to love learning. The teacher provides responsive care and plans age-appropriate activities that support infants’ and toddlers’ development. Accurate daily logs, positive family communication, classroom safety, and collaboration with staff help maintain a consistent, nurturing learning environment.

What you'll do

• Provide attentive care in a safe, nurturing classroom
• plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• maintain daily feeding, diapering, napping, and milestone logs
• communicate with families
• maintain cleanliness and safety and comply with licensing regulations
• collaborate with teachers and follow established routines.

Why this role

Early childhood education experience and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree are preferred. Candidates must meet Wisconsin DCF childcare licensing requirements and have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
