The Case Manager II, Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with services delivered in homes, offices, and community settings. Pay is $19.34–$27.08 per hour. The Arizona Families F.I.R.S.T. program supports families affected by substance use and works toward stability and reunification. The case manager assesses clients, coordinates treatment and community resources, and follows progress toward service and case-plan goals. Through documentation, advocacy, and treatment support, the role helps families access services and supports contract-compliant care.

What you'll do

• Schedule and complete intakes and ASAM assessments within contractual timelines
• assist with funding eligibility and AHCCCS enrollment as needed
• develop service plans with clients and the Adult Recovery Team
• monitor progress and conduct follow-up
• refer clients to community resources and help arrange appointments
• maintain required communication with clients, AFF coordination, DCS, and the ART team
• maintain client files
• provide recommended substance-use education and outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment
• may drive an agency or personal vehicle on company business.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree plus two years of behavioral health experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus four years of behavioral health experience, and at least two years working with people with substance use disorders. Arizona fingerprint clearance and background requirements apply.
