What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and food preparation spaces
• follow cleaning schedules and sanitation checklists
• use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely
• return clean items to proper storage
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed
• monitor dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
