What you'll do

• Assess residents and develop or implement care plans
• document observations and follow through on plans
• conduct rounds and monitor symptoms, progress, and treatment responses
• provide nursing treatments and administer medications
• coordinate appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• support and monitor CNA care
• document emergencies and communicate with appropriate personnel
• participate in quality improvement and regulatory surveys
• report incidents and concerns.
