What you'll do

• Lead and guide night-shift technicians
• support maintenance initiatives and safety-policy compliance
• participate in downtime meetings, projects, and work orders
• co-manage facility fire and security systems
• manage general facility maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, and HVAC
• train department employees
• communicate shift events across crews
• resolve maintenance problems and escalate unresolved issues
• perform mechanical, electrical, automation, and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
