What you'll do

• Maintain local servers, internet infrastructure, switches, panels, and cabling
• manage IT and electrical inventory
• troubleshoot computers, software, printers, SharePoint, and other tools
• file support tickets
• troubleshoot Scan RDI and Empower instrument software
• support LIMS user management, alarms, notifications, archiving, and cloud data transfer
• assist with laboratory software updates and data integrity
• follow cybersecurity policies
• research solutions and participate in IT projects.
