The Team Lead Information System Security Officer role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $115,000–$193,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications. The role supports a federal customer’s enterprise information systems and cloud environments, with access to cybersecurity and engineering resources. The lead manages day-to-day Information System Security Officer activities and coordinates personnel, authorization work, delivery, risks, schedules, and stakeholder relationships. By overseeing risk management, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, compliance, and quality control, the role helps maintain secure and authorized federal systems.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate ISSO activities and personnel
• oversee Risk Management Framework and authorization work, including Authority to Operate packages
• manage continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, POA&M activities, audit readiness, cybersecurity compliance, and deliverable quality
• coordinate with Government cybersecurity stakeholders
• manage delivery, schedules, risks, and issues.

Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Tier 4 investigation or Tier 5/Top Secret.
