Home Care Administrator (Part-Time)

Job overview

It also supports admissions, referrals, case assignments, community coordination, marketing, and discharge planning.

What you'll do

• Partner with the owner on daily operations and budgets
• develop and oversee agency policies
• coordinate hiring, training, and competency assessment
• supervise and evaluate the care team with the Manager of Care Services
• oversee QAPI data and reporting
• assist with admissions, referrals, case assignments, and coordination
• serve as the primary contact for AHCA surveys, inspections, and complaints
• support marketing, public relations, and discharge planning.
