Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor role is onsite in Washington, VA, and pays $30–$36 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians
• assign, monitor, and close CMMS work orders
• respond to guest and internal service requests
• perform advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC-support, carpentry, and building-system repairs
• support parts ordering, inventory, and supplies
• assist with invoice processing and budget tracking
• maintain life-safety logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation
• participate in on-call rotation and emergency response procedures.
