Pre-Trial Services Liaison

The Pre-Trial Services Liaison role is onsite in Winnebago, NE. Pay is $25.06 per hour. The position reports to the Tribal Court Administrator and supports court clients on the Winnebago Indian Reservation. The liaison monitors clients through the court process and helps them navigate services related to pre-trial or probation conditions. By coordinating with court, probation, recovery, behavioral health, and community services, the role supports client needs and provides progress information to the court.

What you'll do

• Maintain case files and grant-related statistical reports
• manage a caseload of approximately 50 clients
• communicate with the Probation Office
• transport clients to court and attend hearings
• coordinate service needs with probation, recovery, behavioral health, and other facilities
• interview clients and assess needs
• assist with social service applications
• coordinate warm hand-offs and provider communication
• monitor court document compliance
• provide transportation to appointments and hearings
• communicate with the Winnebago Police Department
• perform occasional research and clerical duties.

The position is grant-funded and not guaranteed beyond a date to be determined. A bachelor’s degree or proof of working toward one, two years of experience or an acceptable combination, and grant project management experience are required.
